People are at the heart of the cultural sector. Which is why we believe in investing in your people. We build peoples’ skills, confidence and knowledge through dynamic, interactive and inspiring training.
Our Offer
We recognise that each team works differently which is why we offer multiple format training options. We deliver training online or face to face ranging from workshops, seminars, talks and consultations. We take our time to understand the needs of an organisation in order to offer bespoke training courses or sessions that will most benefit our client.
We also run a programme of training events during the year designed to support the sector to tackle current or forthcoming challenges such as the reopening of the museums after a national lockdown, sustainable procurement, and sustainable strategies.
