Ben Melham

Director

Ben founded Mortice Consulting in 2017. He brings unique insight from a career delivering operations management, delivery and consultancy on some of the most iconic estates in the UK and projects around the World.

Silje Ross

Business Manager

Silje joined Mortice in 2018. Silje had worked as a Client Onboarding Policy and Quality Analytics Specialist for Goldman Sachs. She holds a MSc in International Business Administration and a MSc in International Marketing Management.

Arleta Andreasik-Paton

Programme Manager

Letty is an an accomplished Chartered Project Manager, skilful at navigating complex projects with changing requirements, multiple stakeholders and challenging timescales. Letty provides project and programme management support across Mortice's diverse portfolio.

Leah Morton

Consultant

Leah is an experienced consultant who has delivered collection condition assessments and sustainability projects for our clients. Leah comes from a Heritage background and has experience in operations and collection conservation.

Jennifer Nunn

Consultant

Jennifer is a qualified Project Manager with a background in Visitor Experience and Engagement and an MA in Heritage. Jennifer brings the visitor's voice to the table, developing creative solutions with the audience and user at the forefront.
